My yummy Protein Power Chococado Shake!!


Here’s what’s in it….

1/2 small avocado
1/2 banana
2-3 tbsp protein powder
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder
3-4 dried apricots
3-4 ice cubes
Water – add to your desired thickness

I also added chai seeds to mine for an extra super power shake!

Make & enjoy!

Top tips – add frozen banana instead of ice cubes

Make without water (or with very little) for a yummy chocolate mouse!! Super healthy dessert & kids love it!!
