Raw Cacao, Rasberry and Coconut Superfood Bar
What You’ll Need
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup toasted shredded coconut
1/4 cup crushed raspberries
1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
How You Do It
Prepare a baking tray with baking paper and sprinkle on the shredded coconut, almonds and raspberries. (Keep a little of the shredded coconut to one side for sprinkling on top later)
In a saucepan on low to medium heat, melt the coconut oil, maple syrup, cacao powder and almond butter. Keep stirring until it is smooth and chocolatey.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the top. Sprinkle some of the shredded coconut on top for decoration and allow it to set.
Then slice it up and enjoy the yummy goodness!
