When you're pouring your heart into your business but getting zero results, the problem isn't your effort

It is incredibly tough to pour your heart and soul into a dream only to feel like you’re shouting into a void.
You see how much of yourself you are pouring into this, and I want you to know that your hard work isn't going unnoticed—even if the results haven't caught up - yet.
It’s exhausting to give 100% and see zero return, but often, the 'stuck' feeling comes from hidden subconscious blocks or an emotional weight that makes every task feel uphill.
Here's my FEEL method I use to help clients through this, these steps that may help you:
1. Failure. Reframe your "Failure" Narrative: Just know that "zero results" is just data, information and not a reflection of your worth. It's feedback that your messaging isn't reaching your ideal clients or ausdience, yet. By clearing the subconscious fear of success (or failure), you remove the internal emergency brake.
2. Energy first, then Engine: The Energy: Address the subconscious blocks. If you secretly fear being seen or judged, you may unconsciously self-sabotage your marketing.
3. Engine: Review the business model. Are you solving a problem people are actually willing to pay for? Is your branding speaking to your customer’s pain, or just your own preferences?
4. Leaky Bucket: Often, the marketing is fine, but the sales funnel has a hole, or the branding is confusing the audience. Pinpointing exactly where the "no" is happening will male all the difference.
Let's replace your disappointment with a concrete plan of action. This gets you back into feeling empowered rather than disempowered and disappointed.
I’d love to help you bridge that gap. If you'd like to work together let me know you can DM me on my Facebook or Insta account @janinenewberry. We can work together to clear the emotional charge around this disappointment so you can breathe again, and then dive deep into your business model, branding, and marketing. Sometimes a fresh, objective pair of eyes is all it takes to spot the pivot that turns your effort into actual momentum. You don’t have to carry the weight of this plateau alone.

Hope this helps! xx
